I think you need to add more facts, was this a work related injury? Also has this matter already been litigated in front of a WC Judge? How long ago was your injury? What type of employment do you engage in and how did the injury occur?
In workers compensation, there are several standards for psychic injuries depending on whether the psychic injury was caused by some physical stimulas or some mental stimulas.
You may need to fill in some of those facts.
