Pennsylvania is an at will state, which means it is very important to determine if you have a contractual or statutory right that was violated by your employer.

It is unclear if you are trying to file for Unemployment Compensation. If that is the case you would need to states the basis for your termination or some of the facts.

If you beleive there is some type of discrimination, you may need to contact the PA Human Relations Commission. If that is the case, you should do so immediately as there is a short statute of limitations.
