CAN I QUIT MY JOB, IF MY EMPLOYER IS REFUSING TO PAY ME AND FILE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT?

Answered on Dec 22, 2010

Pennsylvania has a Wage Payment and Collection Law. It provides a statutory remedy when an employer breaches a contractual obligation to pay earned wages. The employer could also be liable for a 10% penalty and attorneys fees may be assessed against the employer.
