In addition to the voluntary quit issue, you should also be prepared to defend you job performance, as they had some lead up efforts to try and terminate you – production goals reviews. If it is not adequetly presented at the hearing, they could also make it appear that you were fired for willful misconduct. It is not a cookie cutter case, so it would be a good idea to retain someone to do the hearing for you.
