Laid off 2 years. Offered a job last week as a painter but I suffered a leg injury almost 3 months ago. Can I get Disability?

You definately should speak with someone related to a possible social security and/or workers compensation claim. I handle workers compensation cases and know several people who practice SS disibility in the Philadelphia area, feel free to give a call. I would need more facts, but most importantly, if you do have work injuries, either the back or the leg, you absolutely must give notice to your employer immediately after you know you are injured and that it may be work related.
